Ingredients -
Falafel:
2 cups dry chickpeas/garbanzo beans (soaked overnight)
1 small onion, roughly chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
3-5 cloves garlic (I prefer roasted garlic cloves)
1 1/2 tbsp flour or chickpea flour
1 3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Oil (if frying instead of baking)
Hummus:
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice (1 large lemon)
1 small garlic clove
extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Tahini Sauce:
1 cup sesame seeds
2 to 4 tablespoons neutral flavored oil.
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cumin
Red chilli powder
Pita Bread:
Yeast
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Wholewheat Flour
All-purpose Flour
Honey/Sugar
Vinniagerate:
3-4 Tomatoes
1-2 Onions

Please soak chickpeas overnight and cook them in pressure cooker with salt before Chef Visit
All ingredients need to be provided by host before the decided time of Chef Visit.
