Chef Amit Pamnani, Consultant, Writer and a Culinary Expert. He has a varied and rich experience of over 20 years in India and abroad, specialises in Italian, Continental and European cuisine. Having worked under Michelin starred Chef Raymond Blanc in the UK, he now recreates Classical French cuisine in India.
Born and brought up in Mumbai, he has worked in 5 star hotels LIKE THE Taj President, Cruise ships in USA, Classical French Brasserie belonging to Michelin Starred Chef Raymond Blanc in the UK, Fine Dine restaurants in Mumbai, been a Food Editor for BBC Good Food Magazine India, been a Corporate Chef for a dairy company, is currently based out of Indore and has set up his own Culinary Homestay aptly titled “Stay with a Chef” where he takes his guests on Food tours to hidden gems in Indore and conducts workshops with them.
He does occasional Pop Up Dinners where the guests get to experience specially crafted menus from him. He has done French, Continental and Sindhi Pop ups in the recent past.
