About this product
Corn flour is milled from maize / makki, as is makke ka atta. Corn Meal, on the other hand, is too coarse - more like thick sooji / rava (semolina). Corn Flour is easy to use for thickening soups, as being a fine powder it is easy to make a thin paste and add to soup.
